Amazing customer support. Answered all my questions via email and phone calls. Very happy with ecm and tcm tuning.
Tune was easy to install. With this tune on mode 3 it feels comparable (maybe slightly better) to when I had emissions on with the banks derringer, pedal monster, and dpf back exhaust on max level. After 300 miles I’m averaging 3.5 more mpg (partially because no more regen cycles). Haven’t tried on tune level 4 or 5 since I don’t have transmission tune. Truck sounds sweet too.
If you are on the fence of what company to go with, stop looking and get your setup from these guys! From before I purchased all the way through issues I ran into to a completed setup, if I called someone answered, if I emailed someone answered. Without a doubt I would recommend making a purchase. When I brought the kit to get installed my mechanic said… “Oh, you got the good kit”. Definitely recommended! Thanks all!

I was nervous about doing this in the first place, but the company was really helpful and walk me through the process because I had deleted my original tune on the truck that came with the truck when I bought it by mistake! My truck went into limp mode telling me my max speed is 55 mph but with the tune it completely erased it and put it back to normal and now I have way more options than I did originally

Questions were answered quickly and parts showed up as they should quickly. Had a fitment issue with exhaust and customer service and manufacturer were great in getting everything straightened out. Truck runs and sounds great. I would recommend to anyone.
